Privacy Policy

NIGHTGRID is made by D6VETERAN LLC, a Washington, USA limited liability company ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the nightgrid.net website, why, and the choices you have. There is no NIGHTGRID app yet; before one ships, this policy will be updated to cover it.

What we collect and why

Website signups. If you join the waitlist on nightgrid.net, we store the email address you enter plus your country as reported by our hosting provider, so we can tell you when the game is ready. If we open a playtest signup, we will also store what that form asks for (your name, area, an optional Discord handle, and whether you have a compatible device) to organize the playtest.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details of requests (IP address, time, what was requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept briefly.

The website sets no cookies of its own, shows no ads, and does not track you across other companies' sites or apps.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service that runs the website, and only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare, which serves nightgrid.net and stores website signups.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and sees the same technical request details a server log would.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of players or the company.

How long we keep it

Website signups are kept until 12 months after NIGHTGRID launches publicly, or until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

• Email: every message we send has an unsubscribe link, or email support@d6veteran.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove you within 30 days.

Children

NIGHTGRID is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
